Fuat is an AI-native software engineer with more than six years of experience building products across startups. He works across the product and its underlying systems: the interface people use, the services behind it, and the data that makes it useful.
As the founder and lead engineer of UpHunt, he built an AI job-search platform with search, matching and background processing. His matching work combines OpenAI embeddings, a production vector database and custom ranking. He also built Qaft as an internal tool for UpHunt, bringing together LLM agents, public web data and real-time monitoring.
Before founding his own products, Fuat worked on cloud data infrastructure at Para, backend services at Konneka, and security research and backend development at PRISMA CSI. That background spans early product development and the practical work of keeping data, permissions, jobs and monitoring working together.
At Rosecraft, his focus is AI products, backend engineering and data systems. He brings experience taking SaaS ideas into working products, with attention to the business purpose as well as the implementation.
