What this site is
This site describes the services offered by Rosecraft Studios and provides a way to get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer to enter into a contract, and nothing on it is professional advice you should act on without talking to us first.
Client work
These terms govern the website only. Any actual engagement is governed by the separate written agreement covering that work — a statement of work, a platform contract, or a signed agreement between us. Where those terms and these terms disagree, the engagement terms win.
Accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that it will always be available. Content may change without notice.
Case studies and project descriptions describe work as delivered at the time. Client names and quotations are published with permission, or drawn from feedback the client published publicly themselves.
Intellectual property
The content, design, code and brand assets on this site belong to Rosecraft Studios unless credited otherwise. You may read, link to and share the pages. You may not republish substantial parts as your own or use the branding without written permission.
Client names and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe work performed, not to imply endorsement.
What you send us
Do not send confidential material through the contact form. If you send an idea or a brief, we do not treat it as confidential unless we have agreed to in writing beforehand, and we may work with other clients in the same field.
Do not use the form to send unlawful, abusive or automated bulk content. We record request metadata to identify and block abuse.
Third-party links
The site links to sites we do not control, including client sites and professional profiles. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its effective date shown above.
