Project Overview
A campaign management and reporting platform built and maintained as an ongoing engagement. The system covers event tracking, automated reporting, multi-tenant brand access, and the deployment infrastructure that keeps it shipping safely.
The Challenge
Performance marketing depends on data that is both accurate and presentable. Event tracking that runs in the browser has become unreliable as in-app browsers and privacy controls block client-side scripts, so events go uncounted. Reporting that lives inside a platform UI does not scale either, once several brands each need their own view of what a campaign produced — and giving every brand access to one shared dashboard is not an option.
Our Solution
Conversion events are recorded server-side through the Meta Conversions API rather than depending on a browser pixel firing, which removes the client-side script as a point of failure. Reporting is generated through an automated pipeline against the Meta Marketing API, so figures are produced on a schedule rather than assembled by hand. A multi-tenant brand portal gives each brand its own access, with role-based permissions controlling what each account can see and do. Administrative actions are recorded in an activity log. Underneath, a staging environment mirrors production so changes are exercised before release, and CI/CD infrastructure handles deployment and rollback.
The Results
The engagement is ongoing, with the platform still being extended. No performance figures are published here at the client's request.
Corey built a custom server application with an admin dashboard, tracking, data export, and a hashing tool. Clean code, zero hand-holding required. I gave him the specs, he asked the right questions, delivered fast, and everything worked. He also gave solid architectural input on how to structure things for future expansion without me having to ask. I'll continue to work with him!
